Who and what must align?
Stakeholders, decisions, teams, narratives, and commitments that need coherence.
Build
What must be built next?
Capabilities, systems, talent, culture, operating models, relationships, and strategic moves.
The lens and the position answer different questions.
Every agenda item has a lens and a position.
Drive, Sense, Align, and Build describe what kind of leadership attention the item requires.
Focus, Radar, Horizon, and Closed describe how the item should be held now.
A Build item may be in Focus. A Drive item may move to Radar while it awaits evidence. The lens names the work; the position names the current relationship to it.
