How does the P1 trial work?
P1 includes 21 days of full access. No subscription is required to begin, and there is no recurring subscription after the trial.
What does P1 cost?
After the trial, P1 is a one-time lifetime purchase. The current U.S. price is $14.99. The App Store displays the price for your region before you purchase.
What does lifetime access include?
Lifetime access unlocks the complete P1 app for the Apple ID used to make the purchase. It is not a subscription and has no recurring fee.
Can I restore my purchase on another iPhone?
Yes. Use Restore Purchase in P1 while signed in with the Apple ID that purchased lifetime access. Restoring the purchase unlocks P1; it does not restore your agenda content.
Where is my agenda stored?
Your agenda is stored locally on your device. P1 does not require an account and does not operate a cloud sync service.
What happens if I replace or lose my iPhone?
Your Apple device backup may include P1 data depending on your backup settings and Apple’s backup behavior. Restoring an Apple backup may restore that data, but P1 does not keep a separate server copy. Purchase access can be restored independently through your Apple ID.
Can I export or share my agenda?
P1 can create a concise agenda brief that you can copy or share as text. This is designed for alignment, not as a complete backup or data export.
What devices does P1 support?
P1 is designed for iPhone and requires iOS 18 or later.

No. P1 is not an OKR platform. OKR tools track objectives and measurable results. P1 helps leaders hold the priorities, signals, alignment needs, and future-building work that often sit above and between formal objectives.
Is P1 an AI assistant?
No. P1 does not read, summarize, or process your leadership content with AI.
Does P1 store data in the cloud?
P1 is designed around an on-device model and does not require a cloud account.
Does P1 require team adoption?
No. P1 is designed for the individual leader. It does not require a team rollout, enterprise setup, shared workspace, or collaboration behavior.

What should I put in P1?
Put agenda-level work in P1: a priority that must move, a decision that cannot drift, a risk that deserves attention, a stakeholder alignment issue, a future capability that needs to be built, or a weak signal you do not want to ignore. Do not use P1 for every task. Use it for the work that deserves leadership attention.
What does “Your calendar is not your agenda” mean?
It means your calendar shows where your time is committed, but it does not necessarily show what matters most. A full calendar can still hide an unclear agenda. Agenda-Driven Leadership starts by choosing what deserves leadership attention before the week fills itself with meetings, messages, and requests.
