Privacy Policy

P1 is designed to keep leadership agenda data private and on-device. This Privacy Policy explains how the P1 app and P1 website handle information.
The P1 app
P1 stores the agenda items and related content you create in local app storage on your device.
P1 does not require an account to use the app. P1 does not send your agenda content to P1-operated servers.
P1 does not show ads or profile your leadership content. Website marketing measurement, if enabled, is limited to public page visits and early-access interest. P1 does not use AI services to read, summarize, process, or train on your agenda content.
P1 does not sell your personal information or use your in-app agenda content for advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising.
Local storage and deletion
You can edit or delete agenda content within the app.
Uninstalling P1 removes its locally stored app data from that device, subject to your device settings and Apple’s operating system behavior.
Your Apple device or computer backups may contain P1 app data according to your backup settings and Apple’s backup behavior. P1 does not control those backups.
App Store purchases
If you purchase P1 through the Apple App Store, Apple processes the transaction. P1 does not receive your full payment card information.
Apple may provide information necessary to confirm purchase status, restore purchases, process refunds, or manage App Store functionality. Apple’s handling of purchase and account information is governed by Apple’s own terms and privacy policies.
The P1 website
The P1 website may use privacy-focused web analytics, performance measurement, and limited marketing measurement tools provided by third-party service providers to understand page views, aggregate site usage, website performance, and early-access interest.
These tools may process technical information such as visited pages, referrers, approximate location, device type, browser, operating system, performance metrics, and interactions with early-access links.
The P1 website does not show ads. P1 does not use website measurement tools to access, read, or profile your in-app leadership agenda.
Like most websites, the hosting provider may process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, request time, and related technical information to deliver, measure, and secure the site.
Email correspondence
If you email P1, your message includes information you voluntarily provide, such as your email address and message content.
P1 may use that correspondence to respond to your request, provide support, improve the product, address security issues, and satisfy legal or administrative needs.
Please do not send confidential agenda content, sensitive leadership notes, or screenshots containing private information.
Security
P1 is designed to limit the information collected by keeping agenda content on-device.
No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, Apple account, backups, and any information you choose to send by email.
Your choices
You control the agenda content stored in P1.
You can edit or delete agenda content within the app. You can also uninstall the app to remove locally stored app data from that device, subject to your device and backup settings.
